Dazed and Confused
Aroview: Set on campus in 1976, this is a marvellous youth-movie/nostalgia-trip which treats the hopelessly insignificant as a source of constant amusement.
A grand sense of aimlessness is achieved through unrestrained yet naturalistic dialogue filtered through a terrific ensemble cast, and underscored by the cream of glam and Mid-Western rock. And it may well be the first campus movie in which nobody actually gets laid.

4 stars (Very Good) Set on the last day of school in 1976, it's a hilarious memoir of hanging out, getting stoned and having a spacy good time. Spectacularly funny and backed by a well-chosen 70's chartbuster soundtrack. Well worth a look, or two. ~GenXGirl
3 stars (Good Enough) Captures the time and place well. ~Tubbs
