5 stars (Exceptional) A torrid love affair between Zorg, an aspiring writer, and Betty "a flower with psychic antennae & a tinsel heart". The pair are perfectly matched & Zorg will go to any length to please & protect his Betty. Beautiful 178minute cinematic masterpiece. ~GenXGirl

5 stars (Exceptional) French cinema at its best - romance, idealism, humour & tragedy. Terrific acting and direction. Memorable characters. Not a dull moment in 3 hours. Beautifully lit, coloured and paced. Great to have the director's cut reprocessed. Highly recommended. ~Sandy
