Hairdresser's Husband, The
Aroview: Everything you may love or loathe about French movies is taken to an (intentional?) extreme in this whimsical venture into the one-track mind of a middle aged man. He literally spends his days ogling the love of his life while she cuts hair. Stylish, droll and probably naive.

4 stars (Very Good) Very funny, very sensual, very silly; but convincing. A likeable quiet film. Jean Rochefort is unforgettable here; Anna is also fine. Visiting a lady hairdresser can never be the same! Contains scenes cut from the Film Festival release. ~Anon
