Cable Guy, The
Aroview: Straightguy Matthew Broderick is plagued by obnoxious cable-TV man Jim Carrey, who thinks he's found a new friend. Lively satire on the perils of TV is Jim's darkest yet, and as good a reason as any not to get cable!
Upon it's release; the film alienated much of Jim Carrey's commercial fanbase. More recently it has gained some cult popularity as a comic psychological thriiller.
