1 star (Turkey) Possibly the worst desecration of a classic novel ever committed on screen - and I don't even like Hawthorne's prose. ~artsfiend
2 stars (Good Try) The casting and production values are very good but the screenplay is slow - they must have had mail problems back then too. ~Tubbs
