Aroview: SPEED-on-water is everything the first one isn't - derivative, soulless, slackly plotted, and unintentionally funny. Also, Keanu Reeves is supplanted by the catatonic Jason Patric and even Sandra Bullock's cute-schtick is starting to wear thin. A few expensive action sequences aside, this is utterly rudderless.
