Blast from the Past

Aroview: Resurfacing after thirty years in a nuclear bunker, Brendan Fraser enters the outside world of the 1990s a wide-eyed innocent, a contrast that's a fertile basis for this slick, clever satire on 60s/90s America that gets better as it goes along. Fellow refugees from the past Christopher Walken and Sissy Spacek (playing the parents) add good, inventive support, as does Alicia Silverstone.
