Life of Emile Zola, The

Aroview: The great French 'naturalist' writer is the subject of this appropriately epic biopic, with Paul Muni giving a signature performance in the title role. Zola's early life is rushed over, but things hot up when he becomes embroiled in the notorious Dreyfuss affair.
