Idle Hands

Aroview: An evil spirit moves from person to person, afflicting only a single hand, which proceeds to wreak five-fingered carnage. High-school setting recalls SCREAM, but this mix of horror and comedy has a higher quotient of campy humour, especially once victims begin to make zombie-like re-appearances.
