Deep Blue Sea
Aroview: Jaws in an underwater science lab. Actionmeister dir. Renny Harlin (CLIFFHANGER) dispenses with all the important plot-details early, in order to concentrate on the vital stuff - pandemonium, shark attacks and rising damp. At last - a big budget Hollywood horror that moves fast, and bites through the crap.

3 stars (Good Enough) I remember seeing Deep Blue Sea when it was first released, and it truly scared the pants off me! Not as creepy now, and the CGI effects are dating quickly, but still a good reboot of the shark horror that will keep you guessing before taking a swim. ~Tom H
2 stars (Good Try) The jaw munching segments are better than average. ~Tubbs
