Die Hard with a Vengeance
Aroview: Third chapter in the big loud adventures of a white-vested cop goes to a ridiculous extreme to top what is increasingly seeming like an exhausted genre. It's Bruce Willis vs. Jeremy Irons as the comic-book villain, replete with bleached-punk hair and awful German accent. Samuel Jackson provides the buddy foil.

3 stars (Good Enough) Bigger explosions but little imagination, the series has continued the road from gritty to comic, with an even less unbelievable villain, plot, and action sequences. ~Tom H
2 stars (Good Try) The franchise has attracted two more quality actors in Irons and Jackson & they really do look to be enjoying being part of this action film which treats its violence in a light hearted manner. The stunt work is fine but the special effects are well worn. ~Tubbs
4 stars (Very Good) ~Wyatt Earp
