Aroview: "Groundbreaking" TV cop show that wasn't so much groundbreaking as a slick 90s rehash of the likes of 'Hill Street Blues'. But despite all the fast camerawork, some decent storylines lurked within. Perhaps best remembered for (and most distinguished by) Dennis Franz' bitter but loyal detective.
