Aro Favourite On Dangerous Ground

USA 1951, 82 minutes
Dir. Nicholas Ray
English
Rating: [PG]
Genres: Classics, Suspense/Crime / Film Noir

Feat. Ida Lupino, Robert Ryan, Ward Bond, Charles Kemper

Aroview: Grimly rewarding noir, with real-life tough guy Robert Ryan in one of his best roles.

As a cop helping with a protracted rural manhunt, he begins to inconveniently fall in love with a local blind woman. A great cast, authentic locations and the brilliant Bernard Herrmann score seal this film's classic status.
