Aroview: Australia's most famous bushranger is portrayed with outright sympathy and a large measure of romantic invention in this messy, but not entirely missable biopic.

Driven into the bush in the mid-19th century by the injustices of colonial society, Kelly (Ledger) leads his gang in a smartly-executed series of raids and humiliations of the the authorities. Although simplistic and lacking in historical depth, this boasts some rousing action and strong suport from Orlando Bloom. Based on the novel 'Our Sunshine' by Robert Drew.
