Aroview: An extremely rare glimpse into Amish culture, with focus on a rite of passage known as "Rumspringa", during which their 16-year-olds leave the Amish community to experience the outside (or "English”) world in order to decide whether or not to commit their lives to the Amish church.

Plunging straight into teenage hedonism (sex, drugs, music, cars, etc.) the participants find themselves variously ill-equipped to cope with ‘freedom’, without the support of family or a secondary education. Gives some insight into the Amish mindset, though limited access inside the church (devout members are fiercely guarded) only manages to hint at a balance of perspective.
