Aroview: Disney telemovie version of the much-filmed Italian fairytale, better known as 'Pinocchio', where the wooden toy wishes he were a real boy.

Although a little flat to look at, and often stopping just short of sickly sweet, the much-praised songs of Steven Schwartz give this the lift it needs.
