Bichunmoo
Aroview: Boasting the biggest budget of any Korean film, this period epic, a kind-of "Once Upon a Time in Korea", blends the usual ingredients with excellent swordplay and a medieval setting.
Set in a 14th century China under the heel of Mongol invaders, the story chiefly concerns the efforts of two youngsters - one Chinese, the other Mongolian - to consummate their love. The young 'Romeo' must subsequently master the scroll of Bichun Secret Art to give him the firepower necessary.
