Aroview: Above-board portrait of the relationship between George VI and future wife Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon - better known as the 'Queen Mother'.

Set against the world events of the 1920s-50s, this is perhaps a little respectful in tone considering some of the crises of the times, such as the 1936 Abdication of Edward VIII, but the cast (especially Bates) are solid throughout.
