World of Sid & Marty Krofft, The

Aroview: Excellent sampler of the children’s television productions made by the Krofft brothers, whose most famous hit was perhaps 'H.R. Pufnstuf', but who reworked the formula into equally memorable shows such as ‘The Bugaloos’ and ‘Sigmund the Sea Monster’.

Freely inspired by 'The Wizard of Oz', this presents a nostalgic window into the psychedelic era of kids TV that possesses an enduring brand of colourful production design and zany humour all of its own.
