Aroview: Eschewing the subtle creepiness of the first ALIVE movies, this goes for a more blackly comical tale of mutant babies, placed out of harm's way on a desert island. As usual, dir. Cohen invests the B-movie scenario with far more wit than such an idea deserves, making for a solid finale to his series.
