Son of Frankenstein (1939) Dir. Rowland V Lee - Excellent third entry has the Doctor's son set out to cure the monster (Karloff) of his ways. Set design in particular is a standout, plus Lugosi in a support role.
Ghost of Frankenstein (1942) Dir. Earl C Kenton - Lesser sequel sees the Lugosi attempt to replace the monster's brain. Needless to say, it doesn't work.
