Aroview: A Hong Kong riff on THE DIRTY DOZEN, in which 12 Chinese convicts accept a mission into Vietnam to destroy an abandoned American weapons dump.

Grittily directed by Hung, this has flashes of black comedy, but mostly plays it straight, with various well-executed fights, tumbles, explosions and brutal gunplay. Not exactly deep, but is certainly interesting as an Eastern 'take' on a quintessentially American genre.
