Boy Meets Girl

Aroview: For many years banned in the UK on video at least, this abrasive, low-budget drama plays out the wilfully unpleasant scenario of a man who gets more than he bargained for when he picks up a woman in a bar.

Awaking from a drug-induced stupor he finds himself strapped to a chair and at the torturous mercy of his would-be lover and her female accomplice. A crude but oddly fascinating take on the "battle of the sexes" that's deliberately excrutiating to watch and - with its self-conscious dialogue - inadvertently so to listen to.
