Aroview: Stilted documentary investigating the relationship between controversial photographers Sam Wagstaff and Robert Mapplethorpe and their influence on the New York Art scene of the 70's and 80's.

The doco probes and dissects the two men's relationship and creative collaboration, with close friend and musician Patti Smith supplying a type of overarching personal narration on her days in New York with the pair. Provides a restrained glimpse into the confronting and at times tragic artisan universe of the time and two of its greatest players.
