“Proof of director Refn's mastery of his trash aesthetic and more fun than anything this indulgent and empty-headed has any right to be.”~The Playlist
Aroview: An aspiring model moves to Los Angeles where her youth and vitality are devoured by a group of beauty-obsessed women and exploitative men.
This vampy indulgence from the director of DRIVE plays like a stone-faced homage to David Lynch's MULHOLLAND DRIVE that ratchets up the stilted dialogue and shock value, and trades in substance for sultry 80's kitsch aesthetics.

2 stars (Good Try) Not sure what the purpose of the film was but its not boring but at the same time it fails to hold your attention. The script didn't come across as intelligent & some of the scenes were shot in the dark which I don't know if this was a blessing or not.~tubbs
