House of Games
Aroview: Psychiatrist Lindsay Crouse is lured into the world of charming con-racketeer Joe Mantegna, where trust is a fragile concept. David Mamet developed his own clever stageplay for the screen and the result is a near perfect thinking person's thriller.

5 stars (Exceptional) Very, very clever Seattle-based thriller with a very smart heroine. What a breath of fresh air! But you need to watch the double-double crosses very carefully! Perfect for lovers of card games ...and more. ~Sandy
3 stars (Good Enough) The early card playing scene was impressive - subsequently I thought the screenplay was a little contrived at times but its well worth watching. ~Tubbs
