3 stars (Good Enough) Oscar winning tale of Amadeus Mozart, you will know within minutes whether you find the eccentric performance of Tom Hulce annoying or humorous. Sadly not a film for me, but I can see the merits. ~Tom H
0 star (Not rated) An interesting play, not meant to represent the truth, but to explore the idea that Salieri "killed" his musical rival over his recognition of Mozart as an imperfect vessel of perfect art. Film is a simplified version of the play. ~ets
4 stars (Very Good) Not anywhere near the truth as the claim that Salieri killed Mozart goes, but Mozart's weirdness is well characterized! ~JohnSpecialK
4 stars (Very Good) With a superb soundtrack, wonderful direction, a screenplay that describes music unlike any other and undoubtedly one of the greatest acting performances ever put to screen by Mr. Abraham, Amadeus is fully deserving of all the praise that surrounds it. ~Manhattan1979
