Aroview: A squadron of Japanese soldiers, together with their weaponry, helicopter and gunboat, are accidentally caught in a 'time slip' and transported back through time 400 years to the good ol' days of the samurai.

Led by Chiba, they find themselves embroiled in feudal squabbles, occasional romance and trying to devise a way back home, all the while fearing they may meet their ancestors and disrupt the smooth-running flow of history!
