Aroview: Actual sequel to the hit Hong Kong gangland-cop thriller attempts valiantly to tie up loose ends, both picking up where corrupt cop Ming (Lau) left off and respooling to the recent past with undercover agent Wing-Yan's (Leung) mission on the Mainland.

Plugging holes in the complex who's-deceiving-who narrative, this rewards with both its rhyming intercutting and a more action-orientated approach - certainly better than a second sequel has any right to be.
