Aroview: A tricky scenario provides the basis for this Hong Kong thriller that pulsates with heavy gunfire, jumpstart editing and quasi-satirical jibing.

A gang of professional thieves from mainland China walk into a police trap, which happens to be being covered on live TV, and to the frustration of local law enforcement, they manage to escape. Attempting to salvage the situation and nail down the gang, a top policeman (Cheung) plans a media saturated bust, replete with on-the-spot cameras. The gang also have their own cameras and the news-hounds, with a certain agenda all their own, sense a field day.

Although the script warps into the over-ironical, dir. Johnny To (HEROIC TRIO) manages to orchestrate his action with suitable frenzy.
