Death of a Salesman
Aroview: An excellent adaptation of Arthur Miller’s most famous play, with Dustin Hoffman bringing pathos, seediness and tragedy to the central role.
Seen as a humanist critique of American capitalism, this concerns the plight of worn out travelling salesman forced to reflect upon his failures in life. This version retains much of the theatrical stylisation of the original text.

5 stars (Exceptional) ~JohnSpecialK
2 stars (Good Try) Whilst its good to record plays this one is too long. Listening to a character - one that you can't sympathise with - for 2 hours is beyond the call of duty. If he can't be got rid of in the 1st act then at least drug him & give the audience some peace. ~Tubbs
