Aroview: A child-friendly fire-breathing fantasy set in a land where dragons are almost extinct, and a farm boy named Eragon must meet his destiny as one of the last great dragon riders.
Teenager Christopher Paolini originally conceived his best-selling novel as a movie, but his parents published it as a book instead. This Hollywood re-tooling includes turns by the ever reliable Jeremy Irons, a villainous John Malkovich, and the effects wizards at Weta Digital.
For those hungering for more of Paolini’s dragons, try returning to the books - another Eragon movie is not looking likely.

3 stars (Good Enough) In dark Kingdom where tyranny rules, Eragon finds the last dragon's egg in existence - and dragon and rider battle it out with King Galbatorix. Excellent special effects and a great cast make the pages of this wonderous tale come alive. ~GenXGirl
2 stars (Good Try) Ed Speleers struggles a bit in the lead role but the dragon is not too bad. There is a strong supporting cast which helps. ~Tubbs
