Bad Lieutenant
Aroview: Deeply disturbing character study of a bent cop that Harvey Keitel goes off the method deep-end to authenticate. An addiction to smack and gambling piles on top of raging Catholic guilt as he struggles to crack a nun rape case.

4 stars (Very Good) Quite possibly the dirtiest cop ever portrayed in any movie, who tries to find redemption in solving the case of a nun who is raped inside a Catholic church. Not an easy watch, but a powerful performance of justice and forgiveness. ~GenXGirl
4 stars (Very Good) It starts out with several scenes of peak-Keitel one upping himself for depravity and self loathing, until it dares to ask whether an evil person can ever be redeemed, and becomes more than the sum of its parts. The Mets game framing device is stellar. ~Pop&Coffee
4 stars (Very Good) ~Wyatt Earp
