Perfect Couple, A

Aroview: A low-key romantic comedy for Robert Altman that revels in its delightfully mismatched pair: Helfin, a wannabe rock star, and Dooley, a middle-aged Greek businessman, are setup throughout a computer dating service, much to their initial dismay.

In attempting to integrate the grand character scope of his previously lauded efforts, Altman unnecessarily complicates proceedings in what is an otherwise funny and exuberant film - one that within the director's ouevre, has perhaps been unfairly overlooked.
