Neverwas

Aroview: Emotive, 'realist' fairytale concerns a psychiatrist (Eckhart) who discovers the magical world his deceased father (Nolte) wrote about in a Lewis Carroll-esque storybook actually exists.

With Ian McKellen fittingly cast as a veteran psychiatric patient who simply 'believes', this should well please his fanbase, and films that similarly blend fantasy and real-life tragedy (ala FINDING NEVERLAND and BIG FISH).
