Aroview: Provocative indeed, this is the true story of an Indian woman (played by Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai) who radically changed how the British public and legal system viewed domestic abuse.

Following her journey from an arranged marriage with an abusive drunkard to becoming a convicted murderer, this sanitises some of the more shocking real-life events, but glimpses enough into a horrifying domestic relationship where murder seemed like the only way out.
