Inside Paris
Aroview: Sprinkled with the magic of the Nouvelle Vague, this hip and happening ode to big city Paris spends a night and day in the company of two brothers – one in a post-relationship rut, the other a student and incorrigible ladies man.
Doubly appealing in its free-spirited yet unpretentious direction, and as a vehicle for French cinema’s two handsomest stars (Duris and Garrel), the film further endears itself by avoiding the egocentric horseplay of THE DREAMERS. Sincere, down to earth scenes dedicated to family and depression also feature prominently, tempering the film's levity with matters of the heart.
