Aroview: Irreverent black comedy stars Tim Robbins as an outraged citizen impelled to take a stand against the daily irritation of New York noise pollution.

Though it essentially recycles the same destructive gag ad nauseam, audiences will no doubt empathise with the charismatic Robbins as he dishes out vigilante justice to those banes of urban living: car alarms.
