Nomad - The Warrior

Aroview: Historical war epic set in Kazakhstan centred around the life of the prophesied warrior destined to unite the Kazakh peoples.

With its awkwardly dubbed, laboured dialogue and a swag of screen cliches, this is more like a laughably bad B-movie than the glorious epic its makers had intended, though (as is so often the case with these epics) the costumes and scenery are truly sights to behold, while one has to admire Kazakhstan for putting money forth for epic battle scenes not seen since the days of Borat damage control...
