Aroview: Warped black comedy from the makers of strange comedy series WILFRED, tracking down a talentless retired movie star, 'Darren McWarren', who retreats to a remote Victorian town to live the sweet life away from prying eyes.

Hit-and-miss send-up of celebrity worship derives cheap laughs from poking fun at tasteless Ocker stereotypes, but while occasionally mistaking nastiness for cutting satire, generally makes the most out of the inhabitants of a slow-moving town where not a lot happens.
