Man About Town

Aroview: Ben Affleck plays a Hollywood talent agent whose existence is thrown into turmoil when his journal is swiped, containing intimate thoughts on his unfaithful wife (Romijn) who he's torn between reconciling or separating with.

Though treading familiar territory in its life-lessons world view, this is surprisingly amusing, thanks in part to Affleck's willingness to self-deprecate, and dir. Binder's (THE UPSIDE OF ANGER) wry Hollywood observations and pithy sense of humour.
