Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants 2, The

Aroview: Solid follow-up drama revisits the lives of the four childhood gal pals from SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELLING PANTS three years later as they adapt to college, more personal crisis and dreams in their early 20's.

Unfortunate title aside, this tackles four ambitious storylines with aplomb, its greatest achievement being that it never underestimates or condescends its core teen audience. Some of the angst on display here might irritate some, but with engaging performances - particularly from Ferrera – these girls remain nicely rooted in the real world. More than a satisfying sequel, a good one.
