Surfer, Dude

Aroview: Screamingly unfunny slacker comedy starring Matthew McConaughey as a surfer who rejects corrupt sponsorship deals in favour of surfing his summer away, only to find the waves completely flat.

While the roles seem tailor-made for the cast, there's not really much to recommend here, unless you've exhausted yourself on BILL AND TED'S EXCELLENT ADVENTUREs or HALF BAKED hijinx. If you're able to hang on for more than ten minutes, you’re either inclined to giggle yourself silly at tired surfer/stoner clichés, or into muddleheaded masochism. Don’t say we didn’t warn you, brah.
