Architect, The

Aroview: Downbeat tale of the architect of a high rise complex confronted by it's angry tenants who demand it be torn down. Meanwhile, the architects home life is also in dire need or renovation.

Worthy story tries a little too hard to make it's various narrative strands connect, and is not helped by some heavy-handed symbolism. There's some intriguing meditations on race and sexuality buried amongst the melodrama though.
