Hush

Aroview: Highway thriller concerning a yappy young Manchester couple who commit an innocent indiscretion on the road, plunging them into a race for their lives against an enraged truck driver.

Although dir. Tonderai knows how to ratchet up the tension, there's little here that breaks new ground, much of the film concerned with keeping you 'on the edge of your seat' at the expense of subtlety and, at times, coherency. Regardless, if you don't mind your scares delivered with a little Filmmaking 101, this is short and sharp enough to keep you entertained during the midnight hour.
