Schindler's List
Aroview: Spielberg deservedly swept the '94 Oscars with this compassionate, consummately-crafted tale of a prominent Nazi's precarious mission to save his Jewish employees from genocide. Not exactly a good time, but you are sure to be richer and humbler for it.

4 stars (Very Good) An unlikely hero at its center, Catholic war profiteer Oskar Schindler, who risked his life and went bankrupt to save more than 1,000 Jews from certain death in concentration camps. Haunting cinematography, deserved the accolades. ~GenXGirl
4 stars (Very Good) A rich, powerful and haunting experience with an excellent cast, including an incredible Fiennes. Well worth a look. ~Wizzums
4 stars (Very Good) Magnificent depiction of a ghastly madness repeated endlessly during the Nazi holocaust and of much greater tragedy now with the same genocide being committed by the eye-for-an-eye jews in Palaestine. ~rakau
3 stars (Good Enough) A good production but far too long because it often repeats itself - particularly the war crimes aspect. The ending is never ending and is melodramatic Hollywood at times and should have been pruned. The bonus feature "Voices From the List" is excellent ~Tubbs
