Green Butchers, The

Aroview: Grim comedy focused on two down-and-out butchers who discover they can make a killing out of their customer's oblivious cannibalistic tendencies. An eccentric script and deadpan performances from Mikkelsen and Lie Klaas propel this beyond its (very specific) genre into a dramatically satisfying wee film which treads the fine line between comedy and the disturbingly grotesque.
