Not Forgotten

Aroview: An average joe (Baker) pursues his kidnapped daughter in this unseemly abduction thriller. Straddling the U.S.-Mexico border, the film delves into lurid material (black magic, animal cruelty, killer cross-dressers) at the expense of genuine suspense, though an enjoyably off-the-wall finale goes someway to compensating.
