5 stars (Exceptional) Excellent, one of Allen's best. Somewhat surreal, without warning it switches to flashbacks and fantasies. ~dr.strangelove
3 stars (Good Enough) His public are feebs and freaks, beautiful women are endlessly available, and his existential musings are the stuff of Philosophy 101. Beautiful photography (Gordon Willis again) but, sheesh, enough already! ~HiFi
2 stars (Good Try) Another example of writer/director Allen also being the leading man. This time Charlotte Rampling is the main one in the firing line. As usual there is a good jazz soundtrack. ~Tubbs
