Back To Normandy

Aroview: Thirty years after working on a film in Normandy, about a 19th century triple murder committed in the area, Nicolas Philibert returns to find the actors - all peasants of the region, and to see what became of them.
Both an ode to a community, and to the communal experience of film making, this is a "leisurely and reflective film" suffused with warmth and respect for its subjects.
